(After Garnishing)
Pulissery is a favorite curry that people of Kerala use to
pour on rice. You can make plain pulissery or make it more yummy by adding
either ripe papaya or ripe mangoes. By adding papaya, you can make it different
from the usual pulissery.
My backyard has a papaya tree from which we get surplus
supply of papayas every day. actually eating too much of papaya made our
appetite for papaya decrease a lot. I usually like to pluck raw papayas and
make thoran, a vegetable side dish or try out pulissery made out of papayas.
