Quick And Easy Kerala Style Veal Beef Curry

Tasty variations tried out with Beef are more often loved by most of us.  Beef curries can be made with a variety of techniques. It can be cooked earlier with salt without adding any spices, and later on add the cooked and sliced meet to the curry; or it can be cooked with the spices and other ingredients together. The recipe that is given below is all about beef being cooked with onions and spices together. So this method, to an extent saves loads of time.

To make a tasty beef curry, it is preferable to choose the ‘Under-cut’ portion. This fact is not known to many. If you prefer your beef curry to be soft and easy to chew, then Under-cut portion can be the better option. For baking or grilling beef, usually going for the ‘Thigh’ portion would work well.

Usually at home, when we prefer to cook beef delicacies like a dry fry, I usually prefer Veal Beef. The meat of Veal beef, that is the meat of the calf is extremely tender and tasty too. Moreover, it takes only a small amount of time to cook veal beef curries. The recipe gives you an easy way of cooking traditional Kerala veal beef curry with that extra touch of spices in it.
