Nadan Chicken Curry - Kerala Style Chicken Curry

Nadan Chicken Curry or Traditional Kerala Style Chicken Curry is an extremely delicious chicken delicacy of Kerala one among the states of the Southern tip of the Indian Sub Continent. The specialty of this chicken curry is that it is loaded with coconut milk and balanced with the right blend of spices. This chicken curry can be served with Rice, Appam, Dosa or Chapatti. The taste of the dish is so yummy that it goes on well with anything. You can even tryout this curry with plain bread too.

Though this is a very simple dish, you need to take care not to boil the coconut milk added to the curry or it will look curded. Care should also be taken to add sufficient salt. Extra salt can spoil your hard work.
