Chicken curry can be prepared in a lot many ways. Usually we
prepare chicken curry by directly cooking it with the masalas. There is yet
another technique of making chicken curry that tastes superb and looks
different too. You can cook chicken by frying it and then making a curry. And I
can assure you that it tastes perfectly good.
Though this curry is extremely tasty, it is extremely time
consuming. So never try this one when you have a lot of work in the kitchen. You
can always try this one when you are having lots of time or when it is a Sunday
when you want to make something special for your family. The peculiarity of
this curry is that it looks like it is extremely hot and spicy with all the red
color enhanced in it. But the reality is that the frying of the chicken makes
the curry looks hot and spicy.
All those husbands who want to impress their wives on a
Sunday can definitely try this recipe out ;)
