Tri Pulse Curry

Whenever I find the regular curries boring for chapattis, I always like to try out something different. This time my chapattis had the accompaniment of a tri pulse curry. And trust me; this curry was perfect with chapattis. Health conscious people may try this curry out, as it pulses are good for your health as it has surplus amount of proteins and is rich in fiber. Well it does not contain fat as a matter fact.

I usually try this curry during supper time. Since mornings are very busy for me, trying out such new recipes is an impossible thing. Evenings are much more fun to cook food and this is the time when I try out new dishes.

This curry has horse gram, which is very healthy for you. I have added a small amount of horse gram with other two pulses. Usually horse gram curries are not my usual choice.
