When you feel like eating something special that takes only a small amount of time, i would recommend you try the all time favorite Vegetable Pulao. You can add a lot of vegetables in a pulao and make it yummy. Usually I find that many people add potatoes in pulao. I have never tried adding potatoes, but I think adding potatoes can add more taste to the pulao. You can serve the pulao with your favorite Paneer curries or vegetable curries if you are a pure vegetarian. If you are a non vegetarian, then you may try serving pulao with chicken curries of your choice. This is a healthy and extremely tasty one pot meat that will be loved by all, and can be cooked within minutes.
